Acrylic glazing for frames

Acrylic glass for frames is a material most used in frames to be transported because it is lighter and there is no risk of breaking with the risk of destroying both the wooden frame and the subject that is placed inside the frame.

The acrylic glass is clearer and cleaner than plain glass but it is a bit more expensive. It is also protected by 2 films (one on each side) which must be removed before placing it on the frame. The only downside to the simple glazing is that it is easier to scratch.
